Did anything strike you from this passage or talk?

How would you personally complete Paul’s statement in Philippians 1:21?

“For to me, to live is ________, and to die is ________.”Take a moment to reflect honestly. What do your current priorities, desires, and hopes reveal about what you’re truly living for—and what you believe about death?

What does “to live is Christ” mean in the context of your daily life right now?

Reflect on how your choices, priorities, and relationships reflect Christ’s centrality. What might need to shift for this to be more true?

What emotions or thoughts arise when you consider the end of your life? How does faith in Christ shape those feelings? Why does Paul think to die and be with Christ is ‘better by far’? (v23).  Cf 1 Cor 2:9
